Disorder that pauses your breathing during sleep. Usually 10 seconds pause between breaths.

2. Narcolepsy: (2)

Neurological disorder that in which brain becomes incapable of controlling sleep and wake cycle.

3. Insomnia: (3)

It’s the most common sleep disorder. Insomnia is identified by difficulty in falling asleep or staying asleep.
1. Waking up tired
2. Waking up at night too often, and feeling difficult to go back to sleep
3. Waking up too early in the morning
4. Feeling difficult to fall asleep

4. Restless Leg Syndrome: (4)

It’s a disorder in the part of nervous system that causes an uncomfortable sensation, causing irresistible urge to move your legs.
1. Difficulty in falling asleep and staying asleep
2. Cramps in legs
3. Swelling in legs
4. Arthritis.

What Should be done?
